My Answer:

At the end of May 2019, I was able to get into our pool finally and I remember working on my range of motion by resting my foot against the wall behind me, I would slowly lean back and that would stretch my quad and push my knee closed. It felt so good!

There was no pressure on the joint bcause of the buoyancy that you have in the water! Its actually the best way to improve range as there is no weight on the joint! I will look to add some pool range of motion exercises to range of motion section on the post op modules.
